I had a generally positive experience at Pullman Shanghai Jingan. the location was quite convenient, being just a short distance from the Shanghai Railway Station. The staff demonstrated excellent service, though there were some challenges with communication. The breakfast offered a good variety, but mainly leaned towards Chinese flavors, which may not suit everyone's taste.
